HR Consultant – KonsulterJohan Elliot finished his studies in human resources at Uppsala University in January 2024. He wrote his essay on the importance of having fun at work and its connection to informal learning.
There is a lot of research that prove that there is a strong link between having fun and performance & learning.
Before joining the role as HR-consultant he worked for TRE focusing on B2B customers (telecom) in 7 years and has deep knowledge in taking care of customers, learning and development, HR-admin such as onboardning and education in corporations based on B2B customers, sales and technical support, both large and small customers.
He has experience in team tailor, Sana LMS, HR systems and also developing training in work environment and design of onboardning and trainee programs.
His interest is in HR in general and specifically in L&D (learning and development).
